Commonly Asked Questions

Yes. We are usually managing at least one commercial or multi-family roofing project in the Greenville or Spartanburg area.

Yes. We love riding out to the country side and working in Easley, South Carolina! If good roofers in Easley seem hard to come by (although we find that difficult to believe), know that we are here and we would be honored to have your business.

Yes. We are often busy with jobs between Greenville and Spartanburg. There is an almost certain guarantee that if I am not nearby, then someone on our team will be. I myself am able to personally be out there within a 24 hours notice (barring I am not out of town for some rare reason).

Yes. We currently provide roofing services in the mountains of both South Carolina and North Carolina. We have multiple roofing crews on hand, and can schedule your next build as fast or as far off as you would like. For the larger homes and steepest of roofs, we also provide the required safety equipment for our crews to complete the work safely. This includes lifts to get the roofing material up onto your lake home, among other tools that are commonly seen in commercial scale roofing. In addition to this, we also understand that mountain homes are often exposed to the worst that mother nature can offer. As a result, we have partnered with GAF and CertainTeed to provide the strongest, most durable roofing systems on the market.

Yes. The clocking is ticking. Most insurance companies allow for the claim to be filed within 6 months to 3 years from the date of loss. However, every insurance company and every policy is different. Our experience has shown that it is better to file the claim sooner, rather than later. Claims filed late after the storm can be occasionally dismissed due to wear and tear related to old age.

Assuming the roof is safe to walk on (and we’re not in the middle of a storm), we can have someone out to remedy your leak immediately. In addition to this, we can also help document the damage and educate on the insurance claims process.

At the time I am writing this (July the 22nd of 2023), the answer is no. Most insurance companies allow 1 to 3 years, although in some instances you may only have 6 months from the date of loss.

Yes. We love restoration and there really is nothing like breathing life into an old home. For these types of jobs, we move patiently and with attention to everything that needs to be replaced for a complete restoration.

Our primary office is located in Simpsonville, South Carolina. However, we have Project Managers and roofing crews actively servicing South Carolina, North Carolina and Tennessee. In the event you are not near our main office, we can send someone out directly to you.
